George,
I had dinner with my old friend and Penn teammate Jim Adlam, Jim Gavaghan, and my old coach, Andy Warren, several weeks ago. When I asked Coach Gavaghan about you, he told me that you were a painter in upstate New York. A quick Google search led me here.
I'm delighted to learn you are well and making such beautiful paintings. (As a Bucks County boy, raised on Redfield, Garber, etal, I have an appreciation for landscapes.) And, of course, I remember our races and friendly competition fondly- especially now as Cross Country season is starting.

All the best,
Ken Ashworth
